Unfortunately, each body part has its own exercise when it comes to weightlifting, there isn't a silver bullet to solve everything, so you will have to vary your weightlifting routines.

Nutrition is another important aspect. A healthy diet is good for improving the body's natural attractiveness and beauty. Many men overlook nutrition, instead going for more complex and impossible-to-achieve remedies like steroids; in other words, opting for short-cuts. Unfortunately those short-cuts have bad consequences.
It's important to maintain a proper balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, and plenty of water (an average of eight glasses a day).
